flow with your qi….relax with a gong
Join Kay & Jules at the beautiful space that is the Acorn Wellness Retreat for a day of relaxation, restoration, qigong and the opportunity to relax with a gentle flow. Enjoy calming qigong practices to help you to make change, inspire and create some inner and outer space.
There will be a mix of practices including breath work too, Yoga Nidra, a gong bath by the amazing Jules Cooper. Nourishing plant based lunch, use of the sauna, or you can walk in the glorious countryside, read, relax or just be.
Day begins at 09.00 and will finish by 4pm. Time for you to cultivate your inner garden and tend it lovingly. Cost is £135 for the day. Therapies are a separate cost when available.

A slow gentle practice with breath work, stretches, and a longer visualisation.
TUESDAY - 10.00 - 10.45am Qigong (online)
A beautiful and ancient Chinese practice of slow circular movement with mindfulness using energy to bring balance and equilibrium
WEDNESDAY - 07.00 - 07.30 am Rise & Shine (online)
Set the tone of your day with uplifting, intention-setting 30-minute class to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead.
WEDNESDAY - 09.00 - 09.45am Vinyasa Flow (online)
Vinyasa flow find anchorage through breath synchronised with movement, go with your flow and then wind down to a short relaxation.
SAVASANA / DEEP REST - ONLINE
Two Savasanas are released by recording once each month online. Savasana sessions are a time for rest with a guided relaxation. Settle down into your mat, chair, sofa or bed, use any props you have, blankets, bolsters, eye bags, pillows and find a moment to nourish and recharge. Gentle breath work together with a visualisation or Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is deep rest sometimes referred to as Yogic Sleep.
